Northbound Route 8 Gas Line Installation Work Tonight in Shaler

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing gas line installation work on northbound Route 8 in Shaler Township, Allegheny County will occur tonight, Thursday night, June 11 weather permitting.
Single-lane restrictions will occur on northbound Route 8 between Glenshaw Glass and Old Butler Plank Road from 7:00 PM Thursday night to 5:00 AM Friday morning. Crews from Peoples Natural Gas will conduct gas line installation work.
