(1) Develop written maintenance plans for Township's infrastructure and facilities (i.e. sanitary and storm sewers, building, roads, etc.); monitor and update as needed.

(2) Evaluate EPA compliance impact on residents annually by project option; involve County.

(1) Review zoning laws for possible detriments to businesses development including RIDC deed restrictions.

(2) Tie-in businesses and other appropriate web sites to Township and School District web sites.

(1) Increase Township involvement in the Boyd Community Center and library improvement planning process in order to provide a more vibrant center that will service the needs of residents; consider possibility of new site for center.

(1) Provide measures for new and existing roads that avoid traffic congestion and encourage safe access through subdivision and land development ordinance.

(2) Investigate and implement options to reduce speeding on Township roads.

(1) Prepare ten (10) year strategic plan for fire and emergency medical services.

(2) Promote cooperation and consolidation of emergency services to provide cost effective services.

(1) Update grading ordinance in order to minimize potential landslide and stormwater runoff hazards.

(2) Review and update zoning and subdivision ordinances with concentrated efforts on stormwater runoff controls, provisions for elderly housing, existing PRD and RUD regulations, and road functional classifications.

(1) Maintain a 24-hour information phone line and web site with current and relevant information.

(2) Continue preparation and distribution of newsletter to residents and businesses.
